These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tabletales, a private keepsake app for board-game nights, operated by Rosen Ventures LLC ("Tabletales," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Tabletales.
Tabletales lets you save game-night memories (games, scores, photos, notes, and the people who were there) and share them privately with those people. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tabletales. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You keep ownership of the photos, names, scores, notes, and other content you add ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the service for you and the people you choose to share with. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the right to upload it, including any photos of, or information about, other people you add to a memory.
When you add or invite someone, by name, username, or text message, you confirm that you have a genuine relationship with them (for example, they attended your game night) and a reasonable basis to contact them. You will not use the invite or messaging features to send unwanted or bulk messages.

Your use of Tabletales is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.
Tabletales relies on third-party providers, including Supabase (database, authentication, and storage), Twilio (text messaging), and Apple and Google (sign-in). Your use of features that depend on them may also be subject to their terms.
The Tabletales app, its design, and its name and branding are owned by us. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other people. You may stop using Tabletales at any time and may delete your account and associated data from You → Account → Delete your account, or by contacting us at admin@tabletales.gg.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content will always be preserved. Please keep your own copies of important photos.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabletales and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which may be zero.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of Your Content or your misuse of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Material changes will be surfaced in the app. Continuing to use Tabletales after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
